Information about the WHIG - find out where it came from and who made it possible.

Origin

The WHIG grew out of SOHAS's "1st Stop" project - a database of occupational health inormation mainly on stress and musculo-skeletal disorders.

Funding

The WHIG receives funding from a variety of sources, including: Department of Health Section 64 and TUSC.

Technology

The WHIG is built entirely on open source solutions - the foremost component of this is the Plone content management system.
